At CareCrew for Seniors, we are committed to enhancing the lives of senior citizens by reducing digital isolation among older adults. It is a nonprofit organization that teaches older adults how to use their smartphones, tablets, and computers.
We provide patient, friendly support, both in person in Toronto and online through Zoom.

  • Joining Zoom meetings

  • Password and security basics

  • Downloading apps

You don’t need any previous experience.
We go at your pace, one step at a time.

🟢 In-Person Technology Help (Toronto)

We will send friendly youth volunteers to your home, retirement residence, or community organization in Toronto.

Our volunteers will sit with you one-on-one and teach you:

  • how to use WhatsApp or FaceTime

  • how to send photos

  • how to join video calls

  • how to manage contacts

  • how to use email

  • how to download apps

  • how to protect yourself from scams

We go step-by-step.
No rush.
No judgment.
Just patient help.

🔵 Free Online Zoom Sessions

If you are comfortable joining a video call,
you can get help from a volunteer online.

Each session is:

  • 45 minutes

  • group session

  • simple topic at a time

  • patient and simple
